Only calls related to CRM contacts are processed. We do not access or store personal call data unrelated to your business activities.

If you enable Caller ID functionality in DealConverter, the app may display caller information (such as name or organization) for incoming or outgoing calls linked to your CRM contacts.

Note: Caller ID features are strictly limited to recognized CRM contacts and do not apply to personal or non-CRM numbers.
