DealConverter is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application designed to help businesses manage their customer relationships, track leads, and improve sales processes. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information.
We collect the following types of information to enable CRM functionalities and improve the user experience.
Name, email address, phone number, and organization details that you provide when creating your account and setting up your CRM profile.
Permissions used: READ_CONTACTS, WRITE_CONTACTS.
Purpose: To allow users to import and manage CRM contacts directly from their device's contact list, enabling seamless integration with existing contact databases.
Permissions used: READ_CALL_LOG, READ_PHONE_STATE, CALL_PHONE.
Purpose: To track and log calls made to CRM contacts, providing comprehensive communication history and enabling automated call logging features.
Important note: Only calls related to CRM contacts are processed. We do not access or store personal call data unrelated to your business activities.
IP address, device model, operating system version, and app usage analytics to ensure optimal performance and security.
Permissions used: ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION, ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION.
Purpose: For lead location tagging and field team tracking features, enabling location-based CRM functionalities when explicitly enabled by users.
Permissions used: RECORD_AUDIO, CAMERA.
Purpose: Used only if the user explicitly chooses to use in-app voice notes, photo attachments, or document scanning features.
Permissions used: READ_CALENDAR, WRITE_CALENDAR.
Purpose: To sync follow-ups and meeting schedules with your device calendar, enabling seamless appointment management.
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share your information only in these limited circumstances: - With service providers who help us operate the app - When required by law or legal process - With your explicit consent
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard security measures.
We retain your information only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy: - Account data is retained while your account is active - CRM data is retained per your business needs - Usage analytics are retained for 24 months - You can request deletion at any time
You can delete your account using either of these methods:
In-App Deletion: Open the app, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account.

If you enable Caller ID functionality in DealConverter, the app may display caller information (such as name or organization) for incoming or outgoing calls linked to your CRM contacts.
Key points: - Used only for incoming/outgoing calls involving CRM contacts - No information about unknown or non-CRM callers is stored or processed - Caller ID data is sourced only from your CRM contact list
Required permissions: READ_CONTACTS, READ_CALL_LOG, READ_PHONE_STATE.
Purpose: To identify and display caller info from CRM contact list during incoming or outgoing calls.
Note: Caller ID features are strictly limited to recognized CRM contacts and do not apply to personal or non-CRM numbers.
You can manage app permissions through your device settings. Note that disabling certain permissions may affect app functionality: - Contact permissions: Prevents contact import and sync - Call log permissions: Prevents call tracking features - Location permissions: Prevents location-based features - Camera/Audio permissions: Prevents photo attachments and voice notes
