3Integration with Meta (Facebook/WhatsApp)

Our app may request permissions to access your data via Facebook Login and the WhatsApp Business API. This includes, but is not limited to:

4User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials and access tokens secure
  • Ensuring that your WhatsApp Business Account is used in compliance with WhatsApp's Terms of Service
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information
  • Monitoring your account activity and reporting suspicious behavior
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • Respecting the privacy and rights of message recipients
  • Obtaining necessary consents for marketing communications

Note: You remain solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, even if performed by third parties with your permission.

5Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Service
  • Update features, functionality, or user interface
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and updates
  • Implement security measures and improvements

6Termination

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data, though we will provide reasonable notice when possible.

7Limitation of Liability

We provide our Service "as-is" and disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for damages resulting from:

  • Errors, bugs, or interruptions in service functionality
  • Unauthorized access to user data or security breaches
  • Third-party platform issues (e.g., Meta/WhatsApp outages)
  • Loss of data, messages, or business opportunities
  • Integration failures or API limitations
  • Changes to third-party platform policies or features
